FMUpload

If you use /Pie via the link here on the homepage, you'll notice it now directs to "FMUpload."

Well, today, Saturday, I de-coded the CSS file - all the little colors, all translated into what they look like, in Photoshop. Well, it took a little while - figuring out which colors went where on the visible pages of /Pie, or rather, FMUpload. A few good things came out of decoding bits of the CSS:

1, I re-did the coloring on the now-FMUpload, and it sports several of Fynmark's colors.

2, I noticed how easy CSS looks when you've been looking at it for awhile, and I fell better at attempting to code a good webpage.

So, enjoy the new uploader, all that's changed is a few colors, and when Scripteen's Image Hosting script v2.x comes out of Beta, there will be new features in store - for me, if I feel like annoying people, I can add watermarking. There's a grouping system in store; Admins, Mods, normal users. Also, a new random image in the top-left corner of the index page, formerly the 336x280 ad spot.

Personally, I may not "upgrade," I just don't see the point of a non-disablable random-image viewer. But, as a note, "/Pie" has not been deleted, and I'm not going to delete the non-user images files (index.php, faq.php, gallery.php, etc) because, depending on what link people click on for peoples' images, they will get a 404 error or just the plain image.

Happy uploading on FMUp.

Generally Fixed and Updated

I fixed that little error, with Ralph's help. Aparently Lightbox was over-writing ceratain files required for the little slideshow thing. It's all fixed.

Now, after screwing around and finding where in the navbar I need to add the links, I've added the links to Thesc, FMUp (formerly "/Pie"), and the forums.

Along with that, I've re-arranged the pages in the navbar to make more sense, to me at least.

Last, but not least, I've made a poll. It's on which (Pivot stk) arm you'd like available for download. I'm only releasing 3. Or 2, depending on how it plays out. So, you may not know, like, or use Pivot, but at least vote on which arms you think are the coolest or most usable, or whatever. Just vote, and they'll be released faster.

I'm a little late on this post -- It's actually Sunday at about noontime right now -- but this post has been scheduled for Monday. So, enjoy the upload and non-bug.
