If you've looked at The SC lately you'd have notice 1: There's an SC, Shadow's Corner, 2: It's been experiencing difficulties, and 3: It's... been shot in the chest and is recovering from severe trauma.
The SC theme.. is down. For some reason it hates iNove. That's the theme we got here. Shadow's a li'l bit frustrated.
The damned theme reverts to generic HTML style pages.. White, links, text. Ugly.
So, I've been trying to figure out what it is. So far, I'm pretty sure it's the theme alone. The good theme alone. The nice theme alone. Shadow's favorite theme alone. And it only happens on the SC. Nothing lasts forever, eh?
On a different note..
A happier and for the few of you--no comment--"smart" people who seem to have been bewit-.. who seem to actually like Bush, the bad news; Bush is (finally) leaving the White House fairly soon. Forever. That freaking son of- nevermind. He's leaving on January 20th '09. This year. This month. In about 13 days. Less than 2 weeks. The idiot has left the building. Finally.
And it sucks that Obamma has to clean up Bush's mess.. "Here in the U.S., we elect screwy presidents, and then make history with them [being idiots], then elect nice happy smart presidents to clean up their messes! Yay, America!" If you thought that was funny contact a psyciastrist imediately, and schedule an appointment for tomorrow. No, really. Pick up that phone. Dial the number. You may be saving yourself before it's too late.
For the sane ones, keep reading.
Bush has seriously screwed up our economy. He's screwed up major businesses. You can even say he's responsible for people without jobs. You can blame him. No big deal. People have been blaming politicians for their grievances since Mesopatamian times. Continue the tradition, aye?
But Bush has done a big one. He took our economy into a secure room. He strapped it to a hard, cold chair. He proceded to torture day by day, slowly, for a while. Then he lopped off it's head. We're at the moment where the heart's still beating, barely, but beating. Let's hope the wound heals and it's just another scar to mar the U.S.A.'s historical hide.
Let's hope--Americans and the whole world, maybe even those people who just plainly dislike Americans--that Obamma can fix our Economy in his term. Maybe we won't have the president after the revolutionary one--first black president--picking up the pieces of the still-shattered glass. Maybe Obamma can pull a miracle. Or maybe not. But let's hope he does.
I don't think Bush would approve this message.

Well, longest time for an update.
As at least Americans should know, here in the USA we're electing a new president, and it's a great historical event. 1, 'cause it's the first black man to have come this far; 2, blueberry Bush is leaving the Whitehouse after creating havoc and a crysis here economy-wise. And 3, I know it but I can't think of the third reason... Sue me. So, McCain is the Ruplican candidate, and Obama the Democrat candidate. Personally, I'm wishing for Obama to win, and a small reason that does not influence my decision is that:
McCain is likely to die in office, due to his age and hospital familiarity, and then that inexperienced, biased, and whatever-else-you-can-think-of Sarah Palin will be in office *shudders*, and she'll very unfortunately become president... and probably end up acting just like Bush. That would suck. Badly. Now, I won't keep blabbering on about them, but as a last thing to say, McCain better not win.
Another update. I hope I can persuade somebody to try to make a Flash homepage for fYN... Just a simple pulsing standard-FM-blue to standard-FM-gray... with a button saying Home with little text underneath it saying (blog), then Forums, /Load, and maybe another link, all highlight in pale-blue circular shape when mouse hovers over it.
